Material Property Evaluation of Heat-treated CF/PA 6 Woven Fabric Laminates Formed by <i>in-situ</i> Polymerization

چکیده
In this study, carbon fiber (CF)/polyamide 6 (PA 6) fabric laminates molded by in-situ polymerization using ε-caprolactam were evaluated. To investigate the effect of CF sizing agent on their molecular weight distributions PA in CF/PA and mechanical properties, we removed a surface heat treatment before molding. The concentrations monomer oligomer (carbon reinforced thermoplastics (CFRTP)) applied with pretreatment lower than those having no pretreatment. weights matrix resin CFRTPs which was higher Bending strength tensile Those results indicate properties CFRTP. A is an effective method for decreasing unreacted components increasing strength.
